| All contracts concluded between Your French Holiday Limited and you the customer are subject to our standard terms and conditions. A contract is only concluded when we accept your offer by sending you confirmation of our acceptance. Our acceptance is effective when sent by us. The contractual document is contained in the acceptance from us of your offer, and our terms and conditions which are incorporated into the acceptance and excludes any other representations. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. |
| This Site and its Holiday Services are only available to people who, and parties that may, lawfully enter into and form contracts under UK law. You must be aged 18 years or more to book a Holiday Service from this Site and there must be at least one adult (18 years or more) travelling on any one booking. |
| This website is for use by members of the public only to make direct bookings with the property owners. We DO NOT accept bookings made by travel agents or other agents on behalf of members of the public. Any bookings made in contravention of this rule will be notified and cancelled. |

| The prices shown on this website are valid at the time of input; however, we reserve the right to change prices or other details at any time. Prices may go up or down. We will confirm the correct price, or advise of any amendments before the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to withdraw these prices without notice. All prices quoted are in pounds sterling, unless otherwise stated. |
| For credit card payment, a 4% booking fee per transaction will be applied to all debit/credit/charge card transactions. |
| Please note that the prices quoted on this website are supplied directly from the property owners. These prices may exclude some mandatory costs such as telephone usage charges, heating charges and/or air-conditioning charges. |

| All Electronic brochure data is delivered by us. All property information and prices are approved by the property owner. We cannot, and will not be held responsible for any discrepancies, errors or omissions. |

| Bookings |
| All customers who make a booking as a result of information contained within this website are required to hold a valid 10 year passport & any appropriate visa. Any children under 16 who are not included on a valid 10 year passport will need to hold their own passport when travelling abroad. We will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced for travel. |
| It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following; |
| a) Criminal Offences |
| b) Previous deportations from the country/countries that you are visiting. |
| Charges will be incurred for any amendments made to a booking arrangement. |
| It is a condition of booking that you all have adequate travel and health insurance |
| The carriage of passengers and their baggage is subject to provisions of the Warsaw convention (as amended if applicable) national legislation and the carriers conditions of carriage. |
| All bookings made are accepting of, and agreeable to, the relevant terms and conditions presented at the time of booking. |
